But in reality, our roles are very different.

Wedding Day Coordinator
Usually, the duty of the wedding-day coordinator or venue-coordinator plays the most important part on your wedding day. They ensure that every sequence starts and ends on time per the schedule that you agree with them. And coordinate with other wedding services, which may include wedding planner or wedding organizer.
You may have a detailed brief with them from around one month up to one week before the wedding day, depends on your need and their requirements. This is the best option for couples who love to DIY their weddings and plan everything by themselves to the smallest details. The wedding day coordinator will take over from where you finish and make it happen on your special day.
When we talk about wedding organizer, we think of them as a team. They provide services on decorating and preparing the wedding venues. And they may offer you with other wedding-related services too, such as photographers, floral designers, coordinators, emcees, and many more. It’s important that you check with them what the wedding services they provide are. Often, they operate as a one-stop service. For this reason, it’s one of the most popular choices in Thailand.
However, many of them offer their services as cookie-cutter packages with specific starting prices. You may not need some of the services they provide, but still have to pay for them anyway. If you want something out of their offers, this will cost extra money.
Wedding Stylist / Wedding Decoration
Their strengths are creativity and designs. This may be only a one-person job that we call a “wedding stylist”. Their job focuses on designing your wedding concepts, colors, and other designs. And may coordinate with relevant services, such as florists or prop rentals.
As a team, they offer their services with the term “wedding decoration”. They will produce and design everything you need to decorate your space from installations to flowers to other small decorative items. Everything that you need, they design for your wedding
